Product Overview

This Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO) system is engineered to effectively remove volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from industrial exhaust streams. Operating at temperatures up to 1000°C with a treatment capacity of 80 m³/h and 95% heat recovery efficiency, the system ensures highly efficient, self-sustaining combustion and pollutant destruction. Ideal for ceramic, printing, coating, and materials processing industries that generate high-concentration, low-airflow organic waste gases.


Working Principle

The system heats organic exhaust gases above 760°C, oxidizing VOCs into CO₂ and H₂O. High-temperature exhaust passes through ceramic beds to store heat, which is then used to preheat incoming gas. This regenerative cycle (heat–release–purge) occurs across three chambers for continuous operation and maximum energy efficiency.

Clean air purges residual VOCs after each cycle, maintaining a removal efficiency >99% and minimizing emissions.
