The 1400°C Fuel Cell Gel Removal and Sintering Integrated Furnace is specially designed for fuel cell stack processing, integrating binder removal, drying, and high-temperature sintering functions into one advanced thermal system.

The equipment adopts the GWL-SS1000C series high-temperature precision lifting furnace structure, featuring a separated design between the furnace chamber and control system. This configuration improves equipment stability, reduces thermal impact on electrical components, and provides convenient maintenance.

The furnace lining uses vacuum-formed high-purity alumina fiber lightweight board, providing excellent insulation performance, low heat storage capacity, rapid heating response, and energy-saving operation.

The heating system uses high-temperature alloy resistance wire heating elements, ensuring reliable performance and uniform heating during continuous production.
