With the continuous development of solid oxide fuel cells (SOFC) and advanced ceramic materials, the demand for precise and stable sintering equipment is increasing. The 1400°C Fuel Cell and Half-Cell Integrated Sintering Furnace is specially designed for high-temperature sintering applications requiring accurate temperature control, excellent thermal uniformity, and repeatable processing performance.

The equipment adopts the GWL-SS1400C series precision lifting furnace structure, with the furnace chamber and control system designed as separate units. This configuration improves system stability, reduces heat influence on electrical components, and provides convenient operation and maintenance.

The furnace lining uses vacuum-formed high-purity alumina fiber lightweight board, providing excellent thermal insulation, low heat storage, fast heating response, and improved energy efficiency.
