Our laboratory tube furnaces are designed to provide stable and uniform heating environments for a wide range of experimental needs. Available in multiple configurations—including single-zone, multi-zone, split-type, and vertical-loading models—these furnaces support precise temperature control and are suitable for both small-scale material testing and continuous research applications.

The system is equipped with an intelligent control system supporting 50-segment programmable settings, with optional computer remote control for data storage and analysis functions. The furnace body adopts a double-layer air-cooled structure, maintaining surface temperature below 45℃ to ensure operational safety.

Advanced PID intelligent regulation, temperature uniformity ±1℃, meets complex process requirements, remote control capability, KF flange dual O-ring sealing, compatible with vacuum and atmospheric environments, multiple protections including over-temperature, thermocouple breakage, over-current, ensuring stable equipment operation.

1700℃ Horizontal Tube Furnace features independent three-zone temperature control, with a temperature range from room temperature to 1700℃. It can maintain a long-term working temperature of up to 1600℃ with a control accuracy of ±1℃. Equipped with a 10-inch touchscreen.

Professional vacuum aging furnace, equipped with mechanical + molecular pump unit, supports nitrogen protection, touch screen intelligent operation, furnace temperature uniformity ±4℃, complies with GB10067.47 standard requirements.

Equipped with a PID intelligent algorithm, the equipment achieves a temperature control precision of ±1℃ and a temperature field uniformity of ≤±1℃ within the constant temperature zone. It supports 50 programmable heating curves, enabling automatic heating, heat preservation.

Double-tube diffusion furnace, 0.001Pa high vacuum, stainless steel flange gas inlet, customized pressure gauge, supports dual gas flow process, suitable for precision material preparation.
