The furnace lining is made of high-purity alumina lightweight material formed by vacuum molding. It features a high service temperature, low heat storage capacity, excellent resistance to rapid heating and cooling, no cracking or slagging, and superior thermal insulation performance.
This product adopts a reliable integrated circuit, operates in a favorable working environment, and is resistant to interference. The outer shell temperature of the furnace body remains ≤45°C at maximum operating temperature, significantly improving the working environment. It features microcomputer program control.
Heating is achieved using molybdenum disilicide rods/resistance wires, with a maximum temperature of up to 1800°C and a temperature control accuracy of ±1°C.
