Temperature measurement was performed under constant temperature conditions in an empty furnace:

The constant temperature working zone furnace temperature ≤ ±5℃ (600mm)

The constant temperature working zone 400mm furnace temperature ≤ ±4℃ (aging temperature 280-320℃)

Nickel-chromium and nickel-silicon K temperature measurement range: 0-900℃

Electrical control system section

Temperature control point

Three thermocouples provide independent temperature control using a Xiamen Yudian intelligent temperature controller. It offers multiple control modes including standard PID, AI-based APID, and MPT, featuring self-tuning and self-learning capabilities, excellent control characteristics with no overshoot or undershoot, and 10-100 segment programmable control. It can achieve arbitrary slope temperature rise and fall control and provides programmable/operable commands such as jump (loop), run, pause, and stop. The program can be modified at any time during operation (temperature difference between the three measuring points ≤2℃).
