Furnace tube seals at both ends

  • The system features flange seals at both ends to ensure airtight operation and minimize leakage under demanding conditions. A rotary joint enables stable rotation while maintaining a reliable seal, supporting continuous processing.
  • Integrated inlet and outlet valves allow precise control of gas or material flow, improving process flexibility and efficiency. An overpressure safety valve automatically releases excess pressure, protecting the system from potential damage.
  • This combined design enhances sealing performance, operational safety, and system reliability, making it suitable for controlled atmosphere and high-temperature industrial applications.

  • The system adopts advanced closed-loop control with thyristor module triggering, supporting phase-shift and zero-crossing modes for precise regulation of voltage, current, and power. It enables stable constant voltage, constant current, or constant power output.
  • A dual-loop structure with inner current control and outer voltage regulation ensures fast response to load variations. When overload or sudden load changes occur, the system automatically limits output within rated parameters.

  • Both nitrogen and carbon dioxide flow rates are adjustable within a range of 0–20 L/min, allowing accurate control of gas composition and process conditions. This design enhances operational flexibility and ensures stable atmospheric performance.
  • By enabling precise gas management, the system improves process consistency, supports controlled reactions, and meets the requirements of advanced heat treatment and material processing applications.
