High-temperature operation: When the temperature is above 1600 degrees Celsius, the furnace pressure is maintained at 100-1000 Pa by controlling the argon gas flow rate to prevent the heating element and high-temperature reflector from evaporating.

Furnace body structure

Furnace body: CNC machined, polished, ground, pickled, phosphated, powder coated, and baked at high temperature. It has a beautiful appearance and advantages such as oxidation resistance, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, and easy cleaning.

Furnace body structure: 304 stainless steel water-cooled double-layer furnace body structure to ensure a good working environment.

Furnace door opening method: side opening

Furnace shell temperature: For long-term use without shutting down the furnace, the shell temperature should be less than 45 degrees Celsius (with water temperature detection).

Water cooling system

Components: Stainless steel shut-off valve, water inlet, drain tank, digital display water pressure gauge with electrical contacts.

Interfaces: The inlet and outlet are equipped with flange interfaces, which can be directly connected to the user's circulating water system.

Protection: The drain pipe is equipped with overpressure protection; when the water supply is interrupted, an audible and visual alarm and an interlock device will be activated, and emergency cooling water will be turned on at the same time.

Pressure and air path

Furnace lining steel plate thickness: 6-20 mm , double-sided welded, capable of withstanding positive pressure of 0.1 MPa.

Pneumatic valves: Imported stainless steel valves

One positive pressure gauge and one negative pressure gauge with digital display.

One argon mass flow meter for precise control of gas flow.

Exhaust port: One electrically controlled exhaust port for breaking airflow.

Pressure protection: A signal is received from a digital display pressure gauge / pressure sensor, automatically closing the intake valve and opening the exhaust valve and alarm to release pressure. An audible and visual alarm buzzer is activated.

Atmosphere system

Possible atmospheres: argon, hydrogen

The inflation system consists of an inflation shut-off valve, a solenoid valve, and a vacuum digital display pressure gauge. The vacuum level can be adjusted during the heating process.

Pneumatic system: Consists of pneumatic valves, solenoid valves, oil-water separators, and pressure gauges. It can be connected to the user's air supply interface via an air interface.

Electrical control and control system

Control method: Closed-loop technology, thyristor module triggering, phase-shift triggering control, continuously adjustable output voltage / current / power, with constant voltage, constant current, and constant power characteristics.

Protection functions: overshoot, over-adjustment, under-adjustment, thermocouple interruption, phase loss, overvoltage, overcurrent, overtemperature, current feedback, soft start, etc.

Control precision: Dual-loop control and protection are employed to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the heating element.

Display parameters: temperature, segment number, segment time, remaining time, output power % , voltage, current, pressure, gas flow rate, vacuum level, etc.

Temperature control: Touchscreen intelligent temperature controller, 50- segment programmable control, supports multi-curve input.

Controller: Siemens PLC ( S7-1200 main unit + expansion), realizing functions such as vacuuming, valve control, interlock protection, heating logic control, and alarm.

Control cabinet: Equipped with a touch screen to display operating status, and features fault self-diagnosis, audible and visual alarms, and interlock protection. Temperature controller FP 93 (Japan) , temperature control accuracy ±1℃.

Recording System: Kunlun Tongtai touchscreen for temperature and vacuum chart recording and programming.

Temperature measuring thermocouple: Type C thermocouple, with an armored outer shell to prevent oxidation and carburization.

Power supply and power requirements

Power supply voltage: 380V , 50Hz
