Temperature control system

Equipped with a 10-inch touchscreen for centralized control, the temperature controller adopts high-precision 0.1- level 50-segment temperature control, the touchscreen can store 15 sintering curves, the PLC adopts international first-class (brand Siemens), and the power regulator adopts an integrated type (Sichuan Yingjie) that can control multiple modes such as constant current, constant voltage, and constant power, and can communicate voltage, current, and power.

It adopts an integrated modular control unit, which has accurate control precision, and is designed with dual-loop control and dual-loop protection, and has protection against overshoot, shunt, phase loss, overvoltage, overcurrent, overtemperature, current feedback, and soft start.

It is equipped with a timer function, and an audible and visual alarm will sound when the time is up.

The heating rate is freely adjustable, with an adjustment range of: fastest heating rate 20 degrees per minute, slowest heating rate 10 degrees per hour.

Furnace body

The furnace body is simply sealed and manufactured through processes such as polishing, grinding, pickling, phosphating, powder coating, and high-temperature baking.

The finished product boasts a novel and attractive appearance, and possesses advantages such as oxidation resistance, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, and easy cleaning.

For long-term use without shutting down the furnace, the outer casing temperature should be less than room temperature + 20 degrees Celsius .

The electric furnace comes with a one-year free warranty, but the heating element is not covered by the warranty (it will be replaced free of charge if it fails naturally within three months ).

1. To avoid affecting the lifespan of the electric furnace, we recommend that the maximum heating and cooling rates be less than 20°C.

2. This box furnace does not use a vacuum sealing structure, so flammable and explosive gases must not be introduced.

3. After a period of use, minor cracks may appear in the furnace chamber of this box furnace. This is normal and will not affect its use. It can be repaired with an alumina coating.

4. It is not recommended to introduce corrosive gases. If you need to introduce highly corrosive gases such as sulfur (S) or sodium (Na ), please inform us in advance so that we can perform special treatment on the furnace.

5. High-temperature solution must not leak onto the furnace bottom. To prevent this, a pad or alumina powder can be used for isolation.

6. The instrument should be placed in a well-ventilated, dry place.
