The experimental lifting type high-temperature resistance furnace is specially designed for scientific research and industrial material processing, covering a temperature range of 1200-1800℃, with temperature control accuracy and uniformity reaching ±1℃. It features programmable fully automatic operation, supports computer communication, is energy-saving and corrosion-resistant, and equipped with dual-loop protection, suitable for sintering and melting experiments in multiple fields.

  • The furnace body is finely sprayed to resist corrosion and acid and alkali. The furnace body is isolated from the furnace chamber and adopts air cooling, so the furnace wall temperature is close to room temperature.
  • Dual-loop protection (overtemperature, overpressure, overcurrent, thermocouple break, power failure, etc.)
  • The furnace chamber is made of refractory materials, with good thermal insulation performance, high temperature resistance, and resistance to rapid cooling and heating.
