The GWL-STCS series bogie hearth furnace, also known as a kiln car tunnel furnace, is a versatile high-temperature industrial system designed for demanding thermal processes. It combines the flexibility of a batch furnace with elements of continuous tunnel kiln design, thanks to its automated bogie car loading system. Workpieces are placed on a refractory-lined car, driven smoothly into the chamber by an electric motor and sealed tightly to minimize heat loss. This design ensures efficiency, stable operation, and reduced labor intensity, making the furnace suitable for both industrial production and research applications.

The furnace shell is a double-layer air-cooled structure, keeping external surface temperatures below 45°C even under long-term operation. Heating elements are selected according to the working range: resistance wires or SiC rods for medium temperatures, and MoSi₂ elements for ultra-high temperatures up to 1700°C. Intelligent controllers with RS485 communication enable remote monitoring and precise process programming.
The STCL bogie hearth furnace finds wide application across multiple industries:
This furnace integrates precision control, high efficiency, and strong adaptability. It delivers uniform temperature fields, reduces operating costs through improved insulation, and accommodates heavy or oversized workpieces with its robust bogie system. Customization options in size, capacity, and control functions allow GWDLTHERMO to tailor each system to the customer’s process needs.
All furnaces are supplied with a 12-month warranty (excluding heating elements and consumables). Packaging is secured in export-grade wooden crates or steel frames for safe delivery. Installation support can be provided on-site or remotely.
At GWDLTHERMO, we are committed to offering customized heat treatment solutions, not only focusing on reliable equipment but also on long-term cooperation and customer-centered service.
