Overview
The GWDL-STCS large-scale car-bottom resistance furnace is engineered for heavy-duty industrial heat treatment of large castings, forgings, molds, and alloy steels. With a 19.5m³ chamber volume, 1200kW installed power, and 10-ton loading capacity, it provides strong production capability. Advanced hot-air circulation and 9-zone precision control ensure excellent temperature uniformity (±5℃), while the fully automated car-bottom system enhances operational efficiency and reduces labor intensity.
At GWDLTHERMO, we not only deliver advanced furnaces, but also provide customized heat treatment solutions tailored to each customer’s needs.
Advantages
Outstanding Uniformity – Forced hot-air circulation (4 fans) + 9-zone control keep chamber uniformity within ±5℃.
High Efficiency – 10-ton motorized car-bottom loading with limit switches reduces handling time and increases throughput.
Flexible Operation – Wide heating rate range (1℃/h to 20℃/min) supports both precision thermal cycles and rapid heating.
Energy Saving & Durable – Alumina fiber lining reduces heat loss, keeps outer shell <45℃, and extends furnace life.
Reliable Automation – Programmable PID control (30–50 steps), self-learning AI tuning, and dual-loop safety protection ensure stable and repeatable performance.
