The GWDL-SS Series Large Dual-Platform Elevator Furnace is a heavy-duty industrial furnace designed for high-temperature heat treatment, sintering, and annealing processes up to 1450℃ (continuous 1400℃).
Its dual-platform elevator system allows two worktables to be alternated at temperatures below 500℃. While one platform is inside the furnace chamber for heating, the other can be loaded or unloaded outside. This design not only doubles efficiency but also utilizes residual heat, significantly reducing overall energy consumption.
The furnace adopts U-type SiC heating elements (up to 1500℃) on the sides, combined with high-temperature alloy resistance wires at the bottom, ensuring fast heating, uniform thermal distribution, and stable performance. Equipped with multi-point temperature control (4 control zones, ±1℃ precision, ±5℃ uniformity), it guarantees consistency even in large chambers up to 5000 mm length.
With a PLC-based automation system, RS485 communication, and programmable 30-segment curves, the furnace integrates seamlessly into industrial production lines. Its 1500 kg load capacity makes it ideal for processing large ceramic parts, refractory materials, heavy-duty molds, and industrial components.
